- 4 days of immersive, expert led workshops, followed by personalised 1:1 strategy development sessions
- 8 / 9 days of practical implementation support
Phase 1: Strategic Foundations (2 Months)
Build a strong base for growth with:
- Interactive Workshops on strategy, leadership, market expansion, and operations
- 1:1 Strategy Sessions to define goals and craft a clear strategic roadmap
Outcome
By the end of this phase, each participant will have a tailored strategic document to guide
their business growth over the year.
Phase 2: Implementation & Accountability (10 Months)
Turn strategy into action with ongoing peer support and accountability.
- Peer-to-Peer Sessions to stay focused, overcome challenges, and drive progress
- Collaborative environment that removes barriers and empowers goal delivery
End-of-Programme Outcomes
By the end of the programme, participants will have:
- Achieved their business vision
- Strengthened and scaled their ventures
